Many of you love to have a healthy skin, but how well you know the proper way in taking care of your skin.  The information below will provide much more advice about the skin care, which can give you the best knowledge that you can never find anywhere else.

Skin should have been taken care of at the young age.
The best way to have developed a healthy skin is to take care of the skin at the young age, especially before the age of 18.   Many people do not know that at the age before 18, the skin comes into contact with the sun up to 80%.  It is considered to be a very high percentage in human life time.  Many young teenagers seem to ignore this issue, which can serve as the cause of skin cancer, and it maybe noticeable when they grow up.  Once, they realize, it might be hard to cure.  Therefore, we should start consider about our skin and tell your love ones to apply sunscreen anywhere they go. Believe me, in order to have the healthiest skin; you need to take care of your skin as early as you can before it’s too late. And you will not regret.

Don’t you know UVB, UVA1, UVA2?
Many of you are curious about what UVA1, UVA2 are about, and what is so important about these Ultraviolet (UVs).  UV rays can be distinguished in different types depending on its wavelength.   For example, UV1 has wavelength about 320-340 nanometers and UVB has wavelength around 290-320 nanometer.  The wavelength has an effect to the skin in different ways.  UVB and UVA2 have the ability to burn the skin up to 2nd-3rd degree burn, which can cause skin redness, darkness, freckled, and skin cancer.  The wavelength of UVA1 causes wrinkles problem and also skin cancer.
Most skin products are not specified if the product can prevent UVA1 and UVA2.  They are usually said that it prevents UVA and UVB.  In this case, we can look at the ingredients of the skin products instead.  The tip is to look at the product that has Avobenzone, Zinc oxide or a derivative Camphor because any of these ingredients has the ability to protect your skin from UVA1.  This way, you can save yourself money and prevent your skin from wrinkles.

How much sun screen should I apply?
In order for sunscreen to be effective like what it said on the bottle, people need to consider to the amount of sunscreen that they apply on your skin.  Most people usually apply sunscreen only 50% on their skin.  It is not efficient enough for sunscreen to protect the skin from all the UVs.  That means you still have another 50% chance of getting wrinkles and skin cancer.  People need to apply sunscreen about 2mg/1cm2.  You can avoid these skin problems by carefully squeeze the bottle on an index finger to about 1-1.5 CM. in length and apply on your face, arms and don’t forget your neck as well.

Natural components can also prevent your skin from the UVs.

Health is the most important factors to people; therefore, the ingredients from the natural can be used for most people who are very concerned about their health.  Aloe vera is a natural element that consists of “Aloin” substance, which has been approved that it is able to protect the skin from UV up to 20-30%.  Also, Glycolic extract within Aloe vera can help absorb the UV up to 99%.

Is the sunlight bad?
The sunlight is not all bad but also has some good quality to the skin.  People should not overly afraid of the sunlight too much because UV from the sunlight provides vitamin D that your skin needs.  This vitamin D can help prevent or even cure cartilage problems and help influence calcium transfer in all segments of the small intestine.  Not only that, vitamin D from the sunlight also stimulates the blood circulation and helps reduce the quick process of infected disease.

As you can see, the sunlight isn’t all bad if you know how to face it in good amount.  Thus, the sunscreen becomes important in daily basis; because it controls the amount of the sunlight you receive to prevent your skin from overly contact with the UVs.
